We believe in qadr — its good and its evil, its sweet and its bitter — all of it from Allah. Belief in qadr is a secret of Allah in His creation; no nearby angel nor sent prophet has been given access to it. Delving into it is a path to deprivation.
So beware of speculation, doubt, and the whispers of Shayṭān concerning it. Allah has concealed knowledge of qadr from His creation and forbidden them from seeking it.
