English Translation
1. Shirk in the worship of Allah — directing any form of worship (du‘ā', sacrifice, vow) to other than Him.
2. Placing intermediaries between oneself and Allah, calling upon them, asking them for intercession, and relying upon them.
3. Whoever does not declare the mushrikūn to be disbelievers, or doubts their disbelief, or considers their way to be correct.
4. Whoever believes that any guidance other than the guidance of the Prophet ﷺ is more complete, or that someone else's ruling is better than his ruling.
5. Whoever hates anything that the Messenger ﷺ came with, even if he acts upon it.
6. Whoever mocks any part of the religion of the Messenger ﷺ — its reward or its punishment.
7. Sihr (sorcery) — including its types such as ṣarf and ‘aṭf. Whoever performs it or is pleased with it has disbelieved.
8. Supporting and aiding the mushrikūn against the Muslims.
9. Whoever believes that some people are permitted to leave the Sharī‘ah of Muhammad ﷺ, just as al-Khidr was permitted to leave the Sharī‘ah of Mūsā.
10. Turning away from the religion of Allah — neither learning it nor acting upon it.
